i guess you need to really ask and learn from ahlul-sunnah 4 mazhab scholars. Its not wise to say things out of context. Sufism is about zahir and batheen, seen and unseen, your flesh and your soul. The 1st human, Adam a.s. were created with a soul(RUH).

And just for your info, our beloved Rasul Muhammad s.a.w.s descendant were mostly sufi, eg: Jafar Al-Sadeq, Sheykh Abdul Qader Jailani, Habib Nuh, Sheykh Nazim, Syed Amiruddin, Sheyk Hisham Kabbani, Adnan Oktar etc..

Sufis are not meant to be muslims only.This cult can take anyone in it.In old days(even in present)Jogis in India,Monks......they all act like a sufi.Sufism isn't Islam.DO NOT mix it with ISLAM.This cult is way old.Sufism has nothing to do with Islam.Islamic teachings prohibit Sufism and condemns it.Our Prophet Mohammad(Sallallah-o-Alaih-e-W­assallam)and his beloved Companions never practiced it.This is the way to fool people who don't want to practice ISLAM as it came to change the humanity.

Sufism is not islam, they follow truth not belief or the teachings of mohammed. Sufism even incorporates meditation and platonic philosophy which predates islam, platonic philosophy dates back to 300 BC.

Sufism has a large connection to the mystical tradition thought in the Mystery Schools of Egypt, 3000+ years ago.

Sufism dates back to the mystery schools of Ancient Egypt. It is known within Esoteric circles that mohammed studied under Sufis and then mixed their philosophy with the God of the Old Testament to create Islam. It's purpose, as known within the Esoteric circles was not to provide a direct path to the Truth, but to control the people of ancient Arabia, whom as Esoteric circles say, where a very uncultured and barbaric people.

In Esoteric circles, the God of the Old Testament is recognized as the collective ego of humanity, and then the God of the New Testament is the Higher Self, to which one arrives at by way of the "christ" consciousness, or "Buddhic" consciousness., in other words the "awakened" consciousness.

Sufis, Esoteric Buddhists, Esoteric Christians, Kabbalists all speak the same language. Different words, but they are saying the same thing.

@friendlytube1 Sufism or tasawwuf is unlike the rest. Yes, meditation about cleansing the soul etc but when it comes to travel to the 'other side'(spiritual world), they only will go to the 1st level, which is the spirit world and thats it, We sufis/tareqat/tasawwuf we learn usulluddin, we follow the qur'an and the Holy Qur'ans chapters and meditation and we take Isra' and Mi'raj seriously. We go to multiple level, learnin, understanding etc...

@Omthiest Islam is monotheism belief in one God and worship of only him. These sufis have many tricks which deceive people into believing that they are friends of God. They ask dead people to make dua for them to Allah which we know is totall shirk. "Verily you cannot make the dead hear and you can not make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs and retreat." [Surah an-Naml 27:80]

Our beloved Rasulullah Muhammad s.a.w. said, the beginning of Islam is to know your 'SELF'. You want to achieve the status of Insan, you have to know your origin. Do you learn Syariah, Tariqah, Haqiqah and Ma'rifah? Do you learn the 4 madzhab(hanafi, shafi'e, maliki and hanbali) fiqh?

You freely says sufis are shirk, are you god to say that? or are you a scholar? as a practising muslim, by saying things out of your knowledge and accusing without proof is a sin.
