Depends on what type of ball you're looking to play. I just started a 5 man of people from my university that are interested in playing. All with a good attitude and people that I won't get sick being around all the time. As for a sponsor, go to your local paintball arena and talk to a manager about sponsorship. You can also send your teams resume to companys. I hope this helps you out a little bit. There are threads on Pbnation, make sure to go give them a look. Good luck with the team!!!
