However if you look at the child its clearly obvious by analysing his behaviour that to him his mothers actions are 'normal'. if the child was distressed due to the aggression around him he would have been crying and screamin. The kid was scared stiff through no fault of his own. I'm not a mum but I find it disturbing that this mother thought it'd be perfectly ok to put her kid in the middle of such an uncontrolled, public situation while she was hurling abuse at others. I also think these ppl were wrong to lash out while the kid was there too. The adults should've kept it down for the sake of the kid/other kids on the tram.
