I think that she is the greatest . And I hope that I can learn to be as good as her . I just bought a xpole and have been danceing on it for 5 days now . And I love it , cant do much on it yet but cant learn it in 5 days . I need more upper body strenght, so I went and bought me some 10 lbs dumb bells to practices my strenght training plus going to try and drop a few more pounds will also help me . I weigh like 160 hopeing to loose 30 more.

Don't pay any heed or attention to elkemorrow, KT - This is one of my favorite 80's Song! (80's baby myself, born in '81 hehe) And in my opinion, you do the song great justice! Beautiful, fast and efficent moves, love the grace you put in it all. I hate trashy pole dancers who do nothing but shake their ass and they lack what you clearly posess, grace and skill! You go! Pole dancing is indeed an art :)

I'e just seen your Swan Lake and commented that I'd love to see you on a "proper" solid pole, then found this. I also said that while I loved the slow part of that one, the fast bit was too focussed on the athletic side of the art for my taste.

This piece on the other hand is STUNNING! It's the perfect balance of artistry and athleticism. If I could walk, I'd be inspired to go out and grab a lamp-post right now! lol.

what type of pole do you feel more comfortable using?.. i had a peek a boo pole.. which still held my weight to do tricks on.. but i would like a more sturdy pole .. also i suffer with pretty oily skin.. i used washing up liquid on my hands to stop me sliding so much.. which pole would you say had more gripping friction?... thanks love!!! xxx

Peek a boo is not a professional pole, its a game, it says on the box that you should NOT swing on it. I use the x-pole in this clip, they have been great for me for the last three years, if you have a slip problem i would get a titanium. I have never heard of washing up liquid, try climbing chalk.
