just a note here on picking technique,you can do without a plectrum just use your
thumb.listen to the late hal harris,gold star records example "ducktails"by joe clay
using your thumb and index finger may suit some rockabilly players better
yes you may loose some bass string definition but there are compensations.
and you dont need to worry about dropping that plectrum !!.not every rockabilly
song is based on that "mystery train"rhythm part.
