O inglês é uma estratégia/escolha, acho eu, para conseguirem uma audiência bem maior do que a lusófona, o que parece ter resultado ao ver tanto estrangeiro a comentar aqui. Mais, a levar o nome de Portugal ao mundo não há banda que se consiga sequer aproximar deles e o mais engraçado é que mesmo em inglês conseguem tresandar a portugalidade e orgulho lusitano, o que não se esgota nos trechos em português, nem só nos primórdios. Nós temos uma grande vantagem em conseguir adoptar facilmente outras línguas quase na perfeição e, a cantar em português jamais teriam a fama que têm. Eu adoro escrever em pt, é uma língua bastante rica, mas algumas músicas não ficam bem em pt, na minha opinião. A maioria das pessoas dizem que cantam noutras línguas para se fazerem de grandes, porque não querem saber do próprio país, mas não é assim! Se o inglês é a língua mais falada porque não usá-la para divulgar o nosso trabalho? Parabéns :)

@nessi7540 She's Anneke Van Giersbergen, dutch singer. 1994-2007 she was the singer of the dutch band the Gathering. Their record Mandylion is considered classic of female lead doom/goth metal . Great record, but I like their experimental side (records Nighttime Birds to Souvenirs) more. Great, underrated band.

Now she has her own band Agua De Annique (more poppish but I like it too) and she has done many collaborations (Check out Devin Townsend Project:Addicted, great record)
