  • 7 minutes? 10 Minutes? Guys you are overdoing it!

    Just do 10 reps to start and gradually move up to 30 reps.

    It is not how many or how long you do the exercise, it is the just fact you DO IT on a consistent basis that will make the difference.

  • @skamalion10 2-3 weeks minimum to see some very small results. Probably 3-6 months to see some drastic results.

    If your knees hurt, maybe you bend forward too much? Your knees shouldn't hurt, you should feel it only in your thighs. Make sure you do the exercise just like she explains at 01:00. That's really important. If your knees are bent over the toes, it can cause great damage to your knees (possibly leading to chronic pain).

I'm only 20 but I already have knee pain when I sit for long periods of time :< I think it must be something genetic, it's my left knee and my mother's left knee is the same way! But maybe I am doing form wrong, which is probably a big problem with me since I usually do these things by myself without a spotter! Thanks for the advice!!

  • @melisuhhhx3 No I combine different exercises with this, but I may try the whole routine soon, because her thighs look awesome. N these exercises really work well & immediately. Perhaps I will do just that whole routine from the video once or twice a week & then the combination the other days. I try to focus on different parts at different times.

I try to work out a minimum of an hour a day. SO what ever exercises I do I do 4 sets of 20. This exercise I do every day. Well I try to. My routine has been off for the last 2 weeks (personal emergencies), but tomorrow or maybe even later today I will be back to my old routine. Her workouts are great!

  • Last time I checked my anatomy and phys book, to effectively work your inner thigh muscles you need to adduct your leg against resistance!. You're working mostly your glutes, learn your A&P

  • adduction comes from going from the wide and low squat to a narrow standing stance. this is a non-linear body weight exercise so gravity provides your resistance in many directions - this is a good place for beginners and you could add weights if you wanted. you can do this with a step in pliometrics for more advanced movement. it's especially good for knee stabilization.

    you may want to double check that textbook, try the exercise, and check if your applied knowledge is matching up.

  • They always say keep the knees behind the ankles when you lunge, but it seems impossible. Yes, this hurts the knees!

  • My knees are really bad too, but it seems to help when you put all the weight on your heels.
