but his you must have sizzle with the steak is his philosophy not Ron Pauls. Ron Paul is all about SUBSTANCE !!! beck is all about ratings and has a small libertarian fetus inside him developing i believe.
americans are fucked if we only want the cover and not what the book actually is.
Beck clamors to only the most obvious, forgetting that the candy coated candidates are normally worthless. Founding fathers would never have made it in this environment, anyways.
Mayor of Crazy Town? Based on what? All the clown music doesn't change the logic of Paul's positions. Paul's comments are all lucid and dead on, it's why many are suspicious of Beck!
Glenn Beck is a neo-conservative asswipe. As is much of the Republican Party. The GOP of today is dominated by Evangelicals, neo-cons and crass populism. The GOP lost one member when they fielded Sarah Palin was a VP candidate. That was the last fucking outrage. I'm staying independent until that party gets its act together.
I don't think Ron Paul would abolish the CIA or FBI. National defense and the criminal justice system (prisons, police) are the main and only justification for a government. The CIA would still exist but in a much more limited capacity...i.e. they would stop fucking around all over the world and pissing people off (killing, fixing elections, overthrowing elected officials), which is what caused all this anti-USA shit around the world in the first place.
I'm quite sure Ron Paul could a much better job than what we see now and in the past few years. Also, what we have had for the FBI and the CIA needs a new regime as well as Washington,DC.Bush always was saying Iraq needed a new regime .the US needs a new regime.Incidently,no Bilderberg or Scull&Bones members allowed.
WTF! Ron Paul wasn't saying anything crazy. Glenn Beck added crazy music and it still didn't sound so bad. Well, Glenn, you've been called crazy a lot since this aired. How does it feel? Glenn has been waking up to what's wrong with our "Drug War". Glenn still has a lot of waking up to do. He's still nowhere near to being worthy of the name libertarian.
Ron Paul IS RIGHT... My parents are both cops, and through college I studied psychology and criminal justice, law school in the fall... Drugs SHOULD be legalized. It sounds crazy but here's the thing.
In the US... nearly 1/2 of the population has smoked marijuana. In countries where marijuana is legal the usage rate is about 1/5. By making it illegal, kids have much easier access as drug dealers don't id. If you don't use as a child or teen, the lower chance later in life - less crime
The real story is... Ron Paul is right. We the people are taught at an early age that we are either a Dem or a Rep. We buy this hook line and sinker. His constitutional view point is what this country needs. Now!
The second amendment was a mispelling in attempting to undermine the puritans. Thomas Jefferson wanted to be able to walk down the street in a singlet.
Glen Beck is a total poser. He is changing his tune daily now that it's evident that Ron Paul has more brains than the rest of Congress combined.
Why don't people take him seriously? Because (as Hitler's staff knew) if you repeat a lie about 1000 times then sheep will believe it. Keep up the posing, Glen.
Why can't we find anybody to run from both sides who is ficsally responsible you ask?... Because the CFR decides who will be the front runners and if you are not a member of that elite group than they , through the media, will make sure that they keep you down...Ron Paul is the true fiscal conservative by the way.
Ron Paul is the Man!!! There's No other Politicians That Talk about what Ron Paul Does This corrupted News cast Think there getting over on anyone They are not Glenn Beck Is Full of S.
The bottom line behind all this funny business behind Ron Paul has nothing to do with him being a true conservative, and not because he wants to bring the troops home.
The bottom line is that he is not pro-establishment and will not support special interest groups and big corporations. And that's where the earth shattering difference is!
Want proof? See how Obama behaves once he starts work..
One of the reasons I support Ron Paul is because he is NOT supported by Establishment media.
When you start putting down our role in World War II, our grand parents who liberated the world from fascism, then the Cold War, saying that we should do without the US Postal Service or the FBI... yeah that's going a little bit too far into re-shaping the fundamentals of American exceptionalism and simply put, it's a view that is very extreme and at odds with mainstream America. Ron Paul maniacs like you one star me for even daring to say so... it's creepy, you're worse than Obama supporters.
History lesson, Search Gen Butler & WWII fascist coup he ended? Well bribes kept it alive, naZi-onists's kept it from papers. InSane gets big$ from plotters of old. Truly ignorant act online, actually employe be4 man. Global Corps(e) own US, bribes/murder/owning peons is what keeps them alive. You're either peon or ignorant, which one? Work hard, be a puppet like McInsane, he went from peon 2 puppet. Wise callout peons, read what they spew, see lies, childish insult follows when peons are named.
I didn't touch your rankings, If anything I wish ron paul supporters would be more courtious when it comes to opposition, but to say we are worse than obama supporters is in my opinion off the rails. Our grandparents were not very supportive of getting involved with the European war. It took a direct attack from the Japanese for our grandfathers to "liberate the world of Fascism." And in fact we funded hitler in his "National Socialism" movement. He was Time's person of the year.
the only thing I can remember him saying about the cold war was relating our reseve when dealing with the Soviets to the gung-ho action against Iran who doesn't even have Nuclear Weapons. that gungho action is a national security risk because it will spend us into poverty. As far as a national postal service and the FBI I think that they should be localized because no where in the constitution does it designate those things. i think the tenth amendment makes his case of "withoutness".
Whatever, you guys are impossible to argue rationally with, any dissent is systematically shut down by the death of a thousand thumbs down, therefore you never gain any new adherents to the cause, you keep to your close knit group of ultra-partisan supporters and ostracize and keep at bay anyone who is "kinda" warm to Ron Paul but who points out the OBVIOUS problems with your candidate, his naive view on national security, on foreign policy and especially his "blame-America-first" comments.
Your not saying anything your just reiterating party lines, I would like to hear what your concerns are other than the same vague slogans established republicans are saying about him. whats naive about his national security stance? whats naive about his foreign policy stance? when has he blamed Americans rather than Government policy that is to blame for our mess right now?
This is what i'm saying, people are pushing the same tired slogans like its crack and they don't even smoke it.
In 2000, my Political Science professor described to the class I was in what was happening in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, the blatant and horrible human-rights abuses and whether we should intervene on a moral basis... I said "no" with the rest of the class based on the view that it would be arrogant, ethno-centric and even anachronistic, let them evolve on their own. Well 9/11 proved me wrong along with my class, America keeps wars from becoming catastrophic with bad guys becoming strong.
We support middle eastern dictators for oil. We've been over there playing with people's lives since world war 1. In 2000 when the Taliban baned poppy plants we gave them a ungodly amount of money. The Taliban had nothing to do with the planning of 911, and they probably had no idea where Bin Laden was in their country. Yes the human rights there are horrible but, what good are human rights if bombs are being dropped on their homes. Each bobm we drop creates another terrorist.
Fighting terrorism is not the cause of terrorism. Stop blaming America for all the world's ills you fucking dip shit!!! India is under attack by these same people, so is Thailand, Russia, Niger, Ivory Coast, Darfur, Algeria, Argentina, Spain, Morocco, Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, Israel, Indonesia, the Philippines, Great Britain, France, Germany, Bosnia, China... the entire WORLD is under perpetual attack by islamofascists and this for centuries, so stop pretending like it's OUR FAULT!!!

You believe in the sovereignty of countries, or you believe in the we know a better way and you will comply? Which nations security are we fighting for? Why did we go in to Iraq? And yet Beck is against legalizing drugs and for a pointless quagmire of a war that has nothing to do with national defense.
What gives him the authority to question how "good" a libertarian candidate is if he himself (at this point anyways) isn't even a true libertarian?
