@NSixtyFour To be honest, the main places to move to cali for weed would be the LA/San Diego area , or the San Franciso bay area (where I live and obtain the most chronic of buds).

But in terms of living prices and shit, I would say San Diego would be Ideal. All throughout California you are going to see the same quality, some batches better then others, but clubs tend to be consistent in quality as they get from sustained growers who are normally all growing indoors.
