Highly doubtful that two 25K a year middle aged guys are sitting around worrying about the garbage company they work for!
Try living in an apartment and having your package delivered to your door! wont happen with UPS, they bring it straight to the office even though people are home!
@BPwhistleblower There was a time (when Jim Casey was still alive - before the time study bean counters took over) that the driver would have knocked on your door in 3 delivery attempts to to get your signature. I know. I was parcel car driver from 1980 - 1986. Now they drop in on your porch and don't even know. I know that because I've had it happen many times. Good thing I recognize the sound of a UPS truck excelerating.
This is a really cool commercial! Ben is really in the spotlight. I was waiting for the music to start playing during his slow-motion strut.
I have an idea for Ogilvy...Since women comprise an ever-increasing demographic of small business owners, why not create another commercial with Ben, but have two women in an office discussing his "package delivery" skills.
I've been seeing BEN all over the place from Sunday Football Game commercials to The Daily Show with Jon Stewart !!! I'm starting to think he might actually be walking into my office with a delivery :-)
Who is it that says "I see Logistics"? I think it's Corey Reynolds. My wife says I;'m full of beans (well, really... something else). Can anyone confirm that?
This UPS ad is pretty forgettable and boring ... but it's a darn sight better than the other one with the lame riff on "That's Amore," featuring what has to be the most irritating and obnoxious vocalist to hit the airwaves in 25 years.
I used to think UPS's ad featuring the pretentious college professor-type with the whiteboard and squeaky marker pens was pretty irritating ... but it's positively WONDERFUL compared to this travesty. (It's also here on YouTube.)
What's so ironic about this commercial is that the UPS driver, in the commercial, is in violation of the UPS uniform policy. I'm a feeder driver and recieved a harsh verbal warning about wearing a black mock turtleneck undershirt, underneath my brown uniform shirt. Management said the policy stated white or brown only.

Oh my gosh. The beat before it hit one second reminds me of a song that I can't remember for the life of me! It's been bugging me all week now... :( I think it's a song by Linkin Park or something. It's literally killing me. I can't get my mind off it! Ugh. Good commercial, by the way. *sighs* I hope someone can help me figure out the song...
china too? More chinese crap... thanks ben!

These commercials are so incredibly stupid. I hate UPS coining the concept "logistics" as if its something new.

@76rocketman Hi! Actually, I checked with our communications team and it is a (dark) brown shirt. Thanks for keeping us on our toes, though.!

@76rocketman looks brown to me.....why did you violate the policy in the first place?

@76rocketman white, black or brown t-shirts are acceptable.

One of the two people at their desks sorta looks like Andre Benjamin ("Four Brothers", OutKast); is that him?

@tramiel231 Hi! I'm not sure, but I'm checking with our advertising folks to see if they can tell me. I'll let you know as soon as I find out.
