It plays in the first episode when Kiba limps through the city, but then it's sung by Gabriela Robin in "gablish," a very short version. The english version, by Steve Conte, is played closer to the end of the series, when Hige runs from Blue to save Kiba. I think that's when.

I think you mean the female version by Gabriela Robin? It's actually sung in Gablish, a made-up language by Gabriela Robin. x) Yes, it was never released on the official soundtracks. :( You can find versions of it around youtube, but you can hear the voices from the anime in the background.
