It doesnt affect other ppl, only you...As you know when you aim with a sniper and hold your breath, sound is reduced, when you do as the video stated, the game will bug and think your holding your breath with the MG.

jump on top of the wall over looking the turret and you will be able to access the turret with out ever needing to climb down.

In other word you'll bo on top of the wall moving left to right while the turret at the bottom copies exactly what you are doing but firing at higher rate of speed!
