@ijeremy5252 I'm no novice with WorldEdit. I have used it for a very long time and I know it like the back of my hand. I can guarantee you my buildings look worse if I make extensive use of it though. This is because when I build with vanilla creative methods, I take a lot longer and I actually pour much, much more thought into what I'm doing. Merely erecting tall buildings in a small amount of time makes me not appreciate it at all, and I will never take the time to decorate or care about them.

@MartinTjen What we usually do is make an extremely non detailed structure (Like solid walls and roofs with no detail) and just work out from there. Adding details and colors as we see fit. :)

@ijeremy5252 WorldEdit is a lot faster but it really ruins building things for me...

I find that my builds are 100 times better looking if I don't use worldedit...

@Sil3ntdarkness once you know how and when and where to use worldedit, it can become a time-saver and you can do it without altering the build idea. I admit, i don't always use worldedit, especially for organic builds, but for stuff like this, it would really come in handy.
