And it does have a different effect depending on whether you're in solo, split-screen, or xbox live(psn online).
Peter actually was one of the group 935 members, but was found to be a spy. He got transferred to Veruct (However you spell that) and somehow got to Shi No Numa. As well as Dempsey. Appearantly he was at Veruct too as a squad leader to recover Peter. Of course this uses info from the Call of the Dead radios. Kinda cryptic and up to speculation
@crazyman3561 If you leave zombies alone long enough, they die. Their heads will just randomly explode, like what you occasionally see at the end of the game when the zombies are standing still. They just instantly die.

i just found out one other thing...if u know to find the hidden meteor, when ur buddy is down with the guy the meteor stops to shine or glow and for some weird reason the guy trys to escape i guess, he keeps buping up and down and gets further away from his hanging position xD
@Jimbo1111222 1) the hanging man has no programming, he cannot say "die die" and tryto kill you. 2) the moving up and down was a collision detection glitch, because the hanging man isn't programmed to be on the ground.
@airsoftbuddies50 I know what you mean....but when it happened to me with that guy....it everytime said die with a creepy voice and the weird thing was the meteor not shining anymore but that only happened when the guy fell down...it could be an error...but then how do you explain this..when u come too close it just knocks you down and your not able to anything....i think it might have been programmed, else how could it switch off the meteor, and say 'DIE DIE!''? it could be an secret easter egg

Room trick (Not saying that we thought of it first, just saying thats what we called it. And it is NOT a glitch btw) and we were running around the map because we lost a crawler and decided to camp there until it found us. We got bored waiting and knocked the hanging guy down with nades and I went to T-bag him. All of a sudden we start back at round 1...
The Guy that is up their is set like a Zombie so he kills .he is a dead zombie(He Is a humen but when they where making this map that made him a zombie becasue they can't put a NPC a nazi zombie map, well they could but if they did that person will be alive and will have a gun but idk if he will shoot Zombies!) you see that he will kill you if they put a NPC like a private or some thing that person will move around a have a gun that why he kills
@FlyMan1998 npcs arent so black and white...they can be programmed to do whatever. also a hanging person that doesnt, talk or shoot or anything doesnt need to be an npc, it just needs to be a character model with collision detection and physics.

@GameGlitcher94 actually he did hang himself, when i went on the PC version i went into UFO mode and the rope that hes hanging from isn't attached to the parachute at all it's completely different treyarch wanted to make u think that it was an accident and besides what kind of a guy gets the parachute stuck around his neck and there's no gear on him to show that he was parachuting

I think, that everyone who use such a bug/glith is noob, cuz can't get even to lvl 40 in nazi zombie single player without bugs. When I'm looking at stats of ppl from 1st places (2147 round or sth like that) I see no more than 200 kills, which means using bugs... So lame... Well, the best way to surviwe on Der Riese is to be separated, not in the group. If all players are in other places zombies are spreading out and its easyier to kill them, ofc if all 4 players got some nice weapons from pack a punch. I couldn't play like that, cuz ppl are idiots and theyre always together. If one player go to the pack a puch, rest will go. If one player go to the balcony, rest will go...

I think, that everyone who use such a bug/glith is noob, cuz can't get even to lvl 40 in nazi zombie single player without bugs. When I'm looking at stats of ppl from 1st places (2147 round or sth like that) I see no more than 200 kills, which means using bugs... So lame... I hope that Treyarch will fix all the bugs and refresh the rankings.

Well, the best way to surviwe on Der Riese is to be separated, not in the group. If all players are in other places zombies are spreading out and its easyier to kill them, ofc if all 4 players got some nice weapons from pack a punch. I couldn't play like that, cuz ppl are idiots and theyre always together. If one player go to the pack a puch, rest will go. If one player go to the balcony, rest will go...

You Said that Dogs Dont Die When Your in a glitch? No They dont, But they can Dissapear. Like When ii was on Der Reise, I Was in a teleporter (Not activated And obviously not a glitch) And I Only Killed One. iT Seemed Like They Either Couldnt find me, Or they just dissapeared...

so a glitch to do is with two people kill urself and die then when u spawn find a place that u cant stand the zombies go to the place u died at it works ive done it except on dogs
