Wow... The demo is nothing like the beggining of the game, look, he starts with Incinedrate 3 and has all the upgrades for the Drill... He starts like the character your going to be half-way through the game!

Nooo, it takes place 10 years after the first bioshock. You are the very first big daddy that was made before the first bioshock, but apparently somehow shut down or broke and you wake up 10 years later.

no i saw the new image of the prototype big daddy u play as hes pretty tight the one they show in the demo was just for the demo like ur helmet is different ur also like taller like u know how the old big daddies kinda hunched over and were short? well u r like taller i would say idk it was like a black shadow of how he looked like on a shirt i saw on the xbox live market so yah hope that helps

Choices ? There were no choices in Bioshock. The moral choice was also the more rewarding one, so who would choose otherwise (except out of curiosity). I expected a lot more in that aspect ...

i sort of agree with you even though in the long run the moral choice was better if you harvested the little sisters you got more adam right away instead of having to wait

Again, it wasn't worth killing them because you were rewarded with a helluva lot more stuff for letting them live.

Actually I'm pretty sure you got more Adam and were able to aquire more Plasmids if you harvested the Little Sisters. So there was a choice you ahd to make but I do agree the moral decision was better...atleast for me.

Nah, you actually get more by saving them. When you save them, you only get 80 per little sister, as opposed to 160 per sister if you kill them, however, when you save them, you're rewarded wiht an extra 300 EVE every few sisters, as well as free plasmids. You don't get any extra perks like that if you kill the girls though, so by the end of the game you actually get a lot more from saving them.

Hmm...Well I was wrong, sorry about that. I think there should be some perks you can only get depending on which decisions you make. Other than the alternate ending of the game I suppose there wasn't really much appeal to killing the little sisters unless...you know, yuo were just into that haha.

Ha ha, that;'s okay, man. And yea, that's what I thought. The game should have changed drastically depending on your action. For instance, even if you killed all the sisters (which I did my 3rd time through the game just to dabble in the evil of it all) you still ended up escorting a little sister to safety in the last level, and all the little girls still ended up killing atlas at the end. It shouldn't have been like that.

Yeah I agree. My friend and I have talked about it before, and we were saying that if you had been killing all the little sisters up to the point where you find out about Atlas then you should be able to join up with him and take down Tenenbaum...seems like a far reach but it would have made for two very different game playthroughs.

Yea exactly, I mean you were his son after all, so after you unknowingly helped him take over Ryan Industries, why not just join forces with him in the end rather then kill him? I don't know, I guess you had to kill him because he wanted all the Adam?

I don't know, even that was kind of stupid. I mean, what does he care if he had all the adam for himself anyway? I doubt he was really going to do anything with it except get spliced up.

He might have spliced up, but I figured he got so spliced up out of desparation because you were coming after him. If not he could have gone up to the surface and monopolized a market on plasmids. I belive there was a recording somewhere in the game about somehting like that. Either way we're on the same page. I think we're both looking forward to the next game. I have no idea how they're going to top the first Bioshock but I'm very curious to see.

No, actually u werent the son of atlas but rather son of Andrew Ryan. You couldn't join forces with him cause you were a tool used by fontaine and becauwse of the "would you kindly" command. Fontaine gets spliced up because he wanted power, previously he never got spliced "not mixing pleasure with business" after splicing he got addicted and wanted all the adam.

i agree, barely anything happens if u do or do not harvest little sisters. I saved every one of them and i barely got shit except for that gay cutscene.

that's not the point. Saving sisters should have more plot effect, not just a cutscene that provides no variation.

They said that the Big Sisters were some of the Little Sisters you saved in the last game who came back and wanted to make more Little Sisters. And if you are the first Big Daddy, how come there are other ones already dead in the game? They also said that the ocean is starting to take back Rapture.

I personally think it's better for the PS3 because of the survivor mode. That sounds amazing. "More moral decisions." Killing Sander Cohen and Andrew Ryan was hard enough for me. Why did I feel like I needed the Irony?!
