This film of course popular from the Stage show, but this film did one thing well, as it did with the Stage show... The horse... FANTASTIC! But this film did something else... It installed me with more pride then ever imagined, our fallen heroes form WW1 dont get enough... I dont know the word, but these boys went to hell and back and it goes to show the true British grit and this film smashed it... The charge of Some brought me to tears

I love all these positive comments! I hate when people try to dissect a movie and the soundtrack and they end up critisizing it! A movie doesn't need to be mind blowing to be good! This movie has an emotional plot, beautiful cinematography, amazing actors, and a breathtaking score. What else does a movie need? I am definitely going to see it again.

I was lucky to catch this at a special advanced screening. I love movies. I think this is the best pure audience picture since The Shawshank Redemption in the way it gets you in those last 20 minutes or so.

Best. Movie. ever. started crying in the begining, did not stop until the very end of the credits. Happy tears, scared tears, sad tears, angry tears, laughing tears, you name it. I've only ever once before been broken down to tears in a theatre, or in public... that was Phantom of the Opera. This though made me cry more than I'v ever cried in my life ... my eyes still hurt, and they're still puffy... I'ma go to the barn now an hug my horse and run around with him <3
