I love how he is arguing that its an official update... When the website he got it from clearly read "Download: Leaked DROID X Android 2.2 for ALL Users"... Come on kid do you have any common sense? this video is pointless, your basically encouraging people to update to 2.2 about 3 weeks early, and now they will never be able to get firmwares like 3.0 thanks to your brilliant idea, and guess what, you wont be able to get on 3.0 either. And a little advice kid, get your facts and sources straight, nothing is "official" as you say, unless it has been released by the manufacturer of the product (product means anything) or some source that is sponsored are has the approval of the manufacturer!

@rainabba Actually it is nothing but official because it was the OTA which is Official and verizon just isn't rolling out til the coming weeks. Also another reason its official is cause it has the droid x motoblur skin on it.

@droidxguy wrong. the leaked 2.2 is not the official version. there is no official update for the droid X until Verizon OFFICIALLY releases it OTA which is early september. Also there are warnings from both Motorola and VZW advising people to not use the leaked 2.2 as there is no upgrade path from leaked to official.
