Great video. I often get bridges on our 100 leg Microchip PIC32. I use a chisel tip and the gel type flux. I am hardly successful. Could it be the flux or tip I'm using?
lovegadgets is right your too fuckin good man i'v learnt a lot of youtube from people like you i always get my solder sucker out and tend to make a worser job of it thanks for shareing usefull info A++++++++++++++++++
some good info there. but like most surface mount soldering examples, the chip is not particularly fine pitched. I'd like to see you do that on an old IC that is being remounted to repair (for example) and arcade PCB. Something like a QFP240 with 0.5mm pitch legs..... using a new IC with 0.8 or 1.27 mm pin spacing is pretty easy :-)
Good staff master Norman thanks for sharing. From GHSP in Grand Haven see you around...

You should always make sure the flux is compatible with parts, and boards before you use it.
