If you listen to what he says, the reason he got emails from professors asking, "What did you say?" was because of "20 things to do to stand out at Liberty" he listed the night before in Campus Church. He DID NOT use the name of the Lord Jesus in vain! The part that seemed to be bleeped out was "You guys suck!" because we stood and "jokingly" bowed to him. So, unless you know what you're talking about, please leave your comments to yourselves!
I quite concur that Dr. Falwell knew what he was doing when he promoted Dr. Caner to his current position. Couldn't think of a better man for the job. Enough said.

Why should this disappoint any Christian? Isn't it written in the scriptures that "If anyone says that he has not sinned, he deceives himself" ? When have you heard Dr. Caner claiming he doesn't sin? Worry about your own load before you make a judgement about a teacher of the scripture, who is as equally sinful as you yourselves are.

He said either Jesus Christ, or "for Christ sake!"- part of which was deliberately "bleeped" or edited out. He even makes admission to such on the video when he said, "I (will) get an email today from someone saying- 'what did you say?' Were you there? Did you actually hear it? Because I know someone who was there and they indeed did hear that.
THIS IS GREAT! As an LTS student I am proud we have such a man in leadership! He loves God with every fiber of his being and I can't think of anyone better!
I wish I could have been there for that. I couldn't quite understand everything that was said there. That being said, I still got a few good laughs out of it just from watching everyone's reactions.

I don't hate the guy, but his virulent anti-Calvinism makes me wonder if that attitude is becoming of a Christian - let alone a seminary president.
