  • Well I don't drink poison. Does that make me some religous "antipoison diet" fanatic --someone who avoids complete stupidity in the name of health? Daniel says that is bad.

  • White belts are so hipster!

  • im not into raw food but he's got a way with persuasiveness

  • @mordeathmark Good scamming at work here :P

  • Great attitude! Must be spread like coconut butter!

  • To all you raw foodies out there; apparently you only have a white belt.

  • I heard this guy ate his dog as a tribute when it died.

  • @SmilingEyes79 can you think of a higher tribute?you eat your dog, then you shit him out ,AT THE SAME FAVORITE SHITTING SPOT, that he (dog),had.....

    TOGETHERNESS!

  • I bet some of the "it's just food" out there are feeling pretty boxed in too.

Will my expanding health also depend on me being a white male, with money no object to only the highest quality/overpriced health food? Why don't you address the concerns that healthy food is not going down in price while shit food is ever increasingly cheaper? The food system is hanging by a thread. How many throats get slit until I achieve My Universal Oneness? My own God, My Own Guru, Shining Eternal Light???

  • You feel boxed in ?!? Really?

  • I eat one animal then bam!, then every african, chinaman and white guy in the world is unsustainably killing all the creatures. Look what you do to cow, I have sharkfin soup or cat or whatever. Plus, the idea that if we could stop viewing animals of objects of property, all flesh life would earn it's respect including humans, namely women and children. No meat eating could mean peace between humans and a drop in many social ills. Girls are not meat, killing animals young can graduate2ppl

  • So one group can have all this quality raw meat, but if everyone jumped on the wagon it would have to be divied up into ounce portions for ALL those peeps. That's alot of space and plant food to feed those animals. There are some amazing creatures with amazing social ties and personalities out there that are "just food"? My heart isn't leading me to animal foods. Also, you give humans an inch they take a mile.

  • What I don't get is that the 300mil ppl in the u.s. couldn't switch to small scale meat eating with animals eating natural foods anyway, prices would be higher and the demand could not be met. I agree food is for the heart and the conciousness but how do you work around the abuse. I don't want some guy in the place kicking around the animal I end up buying/eating. Or punching the calf in the head over and over. But It's like I have somehow condoned those actions, those abuses by buying

  • Vitalis has gotten a lot fatter since this vid. Funny how the vid is 8:11 long. ;)

  • @durianriders LOL

  • @durianriders He's gotten a lot stronger, not fatter. He also looks 100x healthier now than he did as a raw vegan..funny.

  • ugh he's amazing

  • HA HA HA HA HAAAAA EPICCCCCCCCCCC!!!!!!!! ha ha ha I LOVE IT. THANK YOU! ;) <3 <3 <3

  • Don't box yourself in! but buy my 100% RAW water!

  • What an idiot! Daniel should know what weasel wording is!

  • @bananabread119 Could you please elaborate? thanx :)

  • @lxvlx

  • @bananabread119 Yes, I know what weasel words are.. I was just wondering what you meant specifically in regards to the way he presented what he presented.

  • Brilliant. He's on fire; some sirius synergy in that room.

  • Awesome vid! I love how he breaks down the ideological interpretation. He brings some depth of thought to the topic.

  • i love the intro

  • i love the intro

  • i think the people who eat 811rv do that because it fucking feels really good....not because they're trying NOT to eat certain foods, but because eating shit-tons of fruit fucking rules..that's why..you know? not everyone who gets up and speaks in front of people have all the answers..doug graham just gives facts on nutrition, as far as i can tell..but yo vitalis is cool, too

  • @reedposey i'm an 811'r and i agree. i eat this way because i know fruit makes me feel amazing. i know eating anything that isn't fruit won't make me feel good-unless it's a drug :p but then, that's only temporary goodness, fruit is forever.

  • This guys is like the Kenny G of the raw food world

  • he's not referring himself as the omega man! Thats most people's ego when they "think" they have achieve the perfect diet. Their is no perfect diet, it all comes down to choosing the "quality" of the foods u put in your body.

  • You've read ALL the books? wow you are OMEGA MAN. Careful with your ego bud.

  • excellent video couldn't agree more the 811ers need to watch this. real health not rules!

  • @TheRawviking fruit=health

  • LOVE the fire dancing.. sexy

  • Awesome down to earth approach, reminding us it's not only about food but about expanding our awareness alltogether in every way.

    .:. Thank you .:.

  • Hallefuckinluiah!

  • This guy has his head screwed on right. I'm glad he's against sectarianism between fellow raw foodist's:D

  • he speaks very well..very powerfull

  • who said wooooo thankyou,

    i wanna see her

  • Fantastic post.

2 years ago I went 100% raw over night and although it started out fun, soon becomes a drag with so many rules and thought going in to day to day eating, not to mention struggling to keep weight on. I have started to listen to my heart and now finding the balance between raw and cooked, now I feel my energy returning. Thanks Daniel:)

  • @Paseo123 check out 80 10 10 (book)

  • @Paseo123 same here!

  • Now that winter's coming on (we live in MN), my husband and I are really struggling with staying raw. We so want to have some soups, rice, eggs, etc. but what we've found is that when we do that we end up eventually back to eating an almost SAD diet again. Maybe because our bodies 'remember' that food and starts to crave it again once cooked food is reintroduced. Especially cheeses, potatoes, and bread.

  • Hey rawcloud,

Have you contemplated the addition of raw animal foods? Organic, pasture-raised eggs. Grass-fed, pastured raw dairy (raw milk, raw butter, fermented items such as yogurt/kefir). Pastured raw meats such as grass-fed buffalo, lamb, wild deer, etc.

You may want to consider it. I know that Daniel includes raw animal foods.

  • Yes as Daniel puts it fermented food gives us food from the bacteria kingdom and I want to start eating these foods. Do you know of fermented meats??

  • After being raw vegan for many years I ran into serious health challenges and since introducing much of the above my health is now better than I can remember. Clarity, strength, more grounded, faster wound healing, able to handle temperature extremes, less sleep, etc. etc.

Just felt compelled to relay my experience. Safe journeys to you and your husband!

  • I have always noted that people who go into anything with a zealous approach always swing back making concessions the whole way. Ah, the mind is a funny thing, going forward, backward, never really finding balance until the heart comes in and sets the mind at ease. Just play, eat the sun and enjoy.

  • Been raw (not vegan) since working with Ann Wigmore in the 70s. This video is much needed for the whole movement...thanks from a non-religeous, non-fanatic.

  • beautiful video... glad you posted this video. we need this!

  • Oh my god. Nail ON THE HEAD! He said everything I've been half-articulating in my mind for months. he is SO right on in this bit...i love him even more. :)

    Bri

  • Great video

  • Brilliant video!!!!

  • sa-weet!

  • Really good vid!

  • phenom.

what's the music in the beginning?

  • Bedouin Soundclash :)

  • u have good taste in music

  • @SuperfoodSpeakeasy

What is the title? Can't find it on YT...

Great thx for the vid. I am a beginner. :)

  • @durianriders Harley I like your videos and your opinions on these health gurus. But you have to admit that Vitalis made some good points in this video.

  • I would like to add cooked food into my diet to increase variety and health, but i feel emotionally better on all raw, even though i am too food focussed and sensitive!

  • Try the addition of raw milk from grass-fed animals, raw eggs from pastured soy-free chicken & raw grass-fed meat. I'd been raw vegan for many years prior to running in to health challenges. I feel great now-- clear, grounded, plenty of energy, stamina, fast wound healing, maintain musculature & balanced weight. Daniel includes animal foods in his diet (raw wild/grassfed meats/cultured dairy/raw eggs). David Wolfe eats insects. He may consume raw dairy as well. Look up Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

  • thanks. i have been having lightly poached organic eggs and steamed wild salmon. not easy to find raw organic dairy near me. i have tried raw fish and lamb, but couldn't bring myself to consume it regularly. i would like to try more raw paleo. i have starte taking the herb vitex agnus castus for hormone balance and am feeling great. i wonder if i've had an oestrogen dominance? one day they will invent a simple test that will show us all our unique nutritional and supplementary needs!

  • Sarah that was awesome!...Probably the best vid from Daniel

I share the exact same view of letting it go and making the best not to get into this boxed mindset that eventually creates scarceness
