there are two red wine glass? maybe what shes saying is that the bigger glass is for red wine and a bit taller one is for white wine which is use with your main dish

No! Small wine glass for RED, larger wine glass for WHITE. The red wine glass is more round and closed a little more at the top to keep the wine from breathing too much and the bouquet (smell) of the wine inside the glass.
