I have looked at those arguments. All of them were created by people who do not understand science. 400,000 of the smartest people on our planet came together to make this mission happen, none of the 400,000 people ever stated that it was a hoax. There has not been a single piece of evidence in the last 40 years that has ever refuted the Moon landings.
If the US cheated in 1969, then the Russians and Chinese would've surely exposed Apollo as a hoax, not people on youtube.

@horseofblack -- But then you can figure that the exhaust flares outward after it exits the nozzle (look at any video or photo of a rocket launch once it reaches high altitude near space).
Just guessing at about 45 degree flare, and 2 feet altitude, the impact area on the surface becomes about 7,500 square inches, so only 6 ounces of mostly downward force per square inch.
So doesn't seem like much "crater digging" power to me.
Thus "there would have been a blast crater" is bunk.

All of them were created by people who do not understand science. 400,000 of the smartest people on our planet came together to make this mission happen, none of the 400,000 people ever stated that it was a hoax. There has not been a single piece of evidence in the last 40 years that has ever refuted the Moon landings.

But: mass of lander as of landing = about 17,000 pounds (so weight in 1/6g = 2,800 pounds).
So right away the "10,000 pounds thrust" is wrong. That's really the maximum thrust of the throttlable engine.
Landing thrust had to be about 2,800 pounds or else it wouldn't land.

The "pressure" is in terms of pounds per square inch. So with 50 inches diameter, that's almost 2,000 square inches (see formula for area of a circle), so only about 1.4 pounds per square inch static pressure at the nozzle mouth.

Just guessing at about 45 degree flare, and 2 feet altitude, the impact area on the surface becomes about 7,500 square inches, so only 6 ounces of mostly downward force per square inch.
So doesn't seem like much "crater digging" power to me.
Thus "there would have been a blast crater" is bunk.

The horizon is closer because the moon is much smaller than Earth.

The moon allegedly has 1/6 earth's gravity. A person weighing 180 pounds or 90 kilos loaded with 50 kilos of weight should be able to jump 15 feet in the air with little effort. These videos when sped up show the true nature of what's happening. A person in a heavy suit is being suspended by some sort of harness system. The puppet like movements are ridiculously evident. Radiation in space is why this was done in a studio. We never left low earth orbit.

And please don't try tell me the astronauts had 150 lbs of spacegear that weighed them down...their space gear only weighs 25 lbs on the moon.
