  • not entirely true.

You can be fertile with pcos. You can fix the insulin resistance that causes pcos and still get cysts.

I have a BMI of 17. My BMI has been between 19-21 for the last 15 years, glucose at 97, triglycerides at 105, low LDL levels and I still came down with ovarian cysts and estrogen dominance. the cramps are horrible, I cannot take oral contraceptives because of migraines.

That's why I'm calling out immune/thyroid disorders as the cause of insulin resistance.

  • if you're gluten intolerant, avoiding gluten will help greatly with pcos because it is an inflammatory issue. inflammatory is when your body's immune system attacks itself.

stay away from prepackaged and processed foods esp. stay away from artificial ingredients, high fructose corn syrup... check iodine and vit d levels...consuming bromides in food, fluoride and perchlorates in our water ... they're all iodine blockers and can lead to iodine deficiency.

    eat for low inflammation/diabetes.
