All you need to do is put the two turtle cords into a splitter and then put the splitter in to the audio out port. You dont need to violate the warranty because you dont need to put the composite cable in. Just put the usb in.

Xbox 360 VGA HD AV Cable looks like the solution. I can purchase it on xbox.com for NZ$39.99 and since my Sony KDL40EX720 has a PC port connection (looks like a VGA). The cable has 2 audio splitters which are compatible with my Turtle Beach X31 Headset. It saves my alternative... using composite cables. I have the Xbox Slim 250GB console. There is another type of HDMI cable for $59.99. I will be so happy if I get this over the next few days and it works!

@maxii95 The designers of those cables messed them up and when ever you swap inputs, the xbox restarts itself due to an extra wire. I have one and im fine with it but if you have a problem ur gonna need a sottering(spelled wrong) gun and look for a tutorial on youtube how.

I need someone to help me. I have this EXACT setup and it works, but when I change inputs, then switch back to the game input it resets my XBOX. I have contacted numerous people, tech support, etc. and NOBODY can answer this. I have a Panasonic television with Viera and have all the auto on/off settings shut off. Why does it do this? How can I fix it? It has to do with having the HDMI AND the audio adapter hooked up. It reads one, then switches off to change to HDMI. How can I fix this?

Problem is that you hear the headset and your television. So...with my old turtle beach I just plugged a 3.5mm into my Samsung 55 inch 3.5 audio jack. I'm guessing with my new wireless PX3s. (I don't want the PX5s or 500s-not rechargeable) (Although both use optical outs for better sound). I'm guessing the RCA red/white provide better sound than a 3.5mm jack. Have to lower my TV volume to 0 now
