@Ivan050193 Sure it would, GTS 450 only needs 400W, but with this PSU you can't upgrade the video card since higher end video cards need more power like 500W - 600W so a GTS 450 or HD 5770 are the fastest video cards this power supply can run on

@kibern The CX400 has 80 plus, other than that, the CX430 is better since its about $10 cheaper and 30 more watts of power, as well as it comes with a Corsair bag

@humanage2 I meant low end in the Corsair range, the CX is the low end, HX, TX, VX, and the new AX are the high end ones. I did mention that Corsair is the best PSU brand.
