I like the idea that it's a tent with a firm platform, it will make sleeping alot easier especially for just casual campers. There's many more applications for this besides homelessness!
Okay I recognize the more altruistic motives here and would suggest a business application. I ride a motorcycle, a rather big one, there are some pull behind tent type structures, however, none I have seen that are quite as complete. With some changes to the carriage for 8 inch wheels with bearings you may have a good business application there.
