I Hope his daughter is gonna be ok but i think he went to the lakers for his daughter and a little bit of it was that he wanted to play with kobe again he could of went to another team than the lakers i did like him on the jazz and warriors but i dont like him in La it would be cool to see him on the celtics or the knicks or the cavaleirs

obviously never heard of CHOLA, which diagnoses like 1/5 of retinoblastoma cases and its got pretty much the best facilities for treating it. every 4 weeks gets treated there and 2 months at new york. also his wife's family is in LA. He even dropped $21 million with jazz for a 14 million contract with the lakers to better facilitate the move.
but i'm sure as hell that had nothing to do with it.

If the national/LA media would actually take DFish's dick out of their mouths long enough do some objective journalism/investigative reporting, they might see why Jazz fans boo him. The whole story has not been reported nationally. If the situation had been reversed, Laker fans would boo him as well and don't pretend otherwise. Of course, this assumes Laker bandwagon "fans" would actually get out of their cushioned recliner seats and actually cheer.

The reason they boo is because he left the Jazz. The national/LA media won't do some objective media because there IS no story. He is there in L.A. for his daughters illness. I hate the Lakers - I'm a Warriors fan, but it's his daughter we're talking about. So you can stfu.

I think Fisher should have taken a year off to be with his daughter. That way there's less questioning and controversy whether he did it just for a better shot at a championship. I really wish the Jazz still had Fisher. He did alot to turn the franchise around. The Lakers are lucky Larry H. Miller had a heart to release him from his contract.

Some kind of new therapy, only located in LA. Fish's daughter is acctually the first person they really test that kind of procedure on. It looks like it's working and hopefully can be used to save many more lives in the future. So there was definitely a reason for him to move to LA with his family.

I'm one of the few Jazz fans that doesn't boo Fisher these days, but it still churns my stomach to see him in a Laker uniform again. I understand why he left, but we really could've used his experience and leadership for the next few years. If he had played in Utah longer than one year, he probably would've gone down as a legend in Jazz fan's eyes almost to the same level of Stockton and Malone. The crowd's reception of him in this video convinces me of that if he had stayed.

You have to understand... its a rivalry. Had Fisher gone anywhere else he would not have been booed. But he went to the Lakers. That is an intense rivalry. Karl Malone got booed the first time he was in a Lakers uniform too. Plus, Fisher could have chosen one of 6 teams but went with the rival. I, personally would not have booed him... but I wasn't happy with his decsion to go to the Lakers... because it was a smack in the face. And he never thanked the Jazz fans for their support.

I'm from Slovakia and our best tennis player Daniela Hantuchova wasn't able to represent our country on Federation Cup because she simulated an injury and two days later she played on Tournament in Paris. I was very upset. I admire Fisher to fly that lenght after such a personal family problem to help Utah to beat Warriors in this game. And he sure did help, didn't he? This is why I love USA and admire people like Fish. And btw I'm a huge NBA fan.
