Does anybody know the name of The world's strongest man? I'm not talking about these competition winners, I mean THEE strongest man, I seen him on TV a few years ago and he doesn't even have buldging muscles, he has "dense muscles" which make him stronger than ordinary people, I can't beliwve I've forgotten his name. All I can remember is seeing him bend a crow bar into a 360 turn.

I don't think that's the guy (Dennis Roger's is the guy with the densest bones, and I'm looking for the guy with the densest muscles), but THANKS for giving me a new lead, I never knew about him (D.R.), much appreciated :D
There's a lot of crap on tv, I bet the writers behind that TV show don't know half as much as anyone who knows to youtube 'Kazmaier' or 'Capes.' When you grow muscle, they'll grow just as dense as anyone else (with any differences in density being negligibly small), unless of course they use synthol, which isn't building muscle at all.
The strongest men in the world all have very large or 'bulging' muscles.
Capes always had the advantage in shoulder flexibility in this event over other more muscular competitors

Mariusz Pudzianowski (Poland) is the incubent World's Strongest Man. Last Year it was Phil Pfister (USA).
