@namastejen1 DESIRE to feel better. Then KNOW that when you feel blue you are going to attract more stuff that will feel blue. This is how you get leverage on yourself; by knowing if i don't change how you feel then you'll be stuck here for a long time. You are the only one that can change how you feel. It;s your responsibility. No matter what happened, it's in the past. FOCUS on what's right, focus on moving forward one step at a time. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! YOU CAN DO IT!
