Try just exporting the video from premier as raw or something uncompressed then upload it to youtube manually. I don't really know much about video editing myself. I just know thats not 1080p off a 600$ camera :P

why do you compress the video before uploadingggggggggggg :(
@domokid Not sure ... I'm use Adobe Premier 9 and it has a post option to youtube with full rez. Please advise if theres a better way and thanks.
