You used the shield activaltion key on the wrong console, then you forgot to pick up the environment suit in the docking bay, which you should have given to the engineer so that you can retrieve it later in the medbay. Then in the labyrinth you should have followed the yellow pillars untill you come to a wooden gate, once you enter you meet your wife in a vision.

@bojo8686 Indeed, howerver nowadays game developers focus only on arcade games tailored for kids with short attention spans. As far as I know this is the only spacestation simulator ever made!

Lol I remember the first time I played this game. I love sci fi so I enjoyed the atmosphere, but it was tough to figure out what was going on D:
