  • I have lactose intolerance, so i need to use soya for protein. what is the problem with soya?

  • OHMIGOD! All of this time I've been making my Lean Desert Protein Shakes with Skim Milk or Occasionally Orange Juice! Is this a BAD thing? I thought because I only use Skim Milk that it was ok. I've been an avid Skim Milk drinker for the last 22 years. What about Orange Juice? Should I stop that as well?? Is it better to only make Protein Drinks with water?? Please help!
