ok first of, rob was spot on with the tempo, and pretty much the entire bass part, so dont give him crap, , what really wuined was hamett's improvising over the bass track, i love metallica, probably my favorite band, but if youre going to even try and play something of pink floyd's at least play it correctly or even try to use it correctyl! IMO its not one of these days unless waters is on bass either, so the pulse dvd's one of these days doesnt count either!

I think that it pretty bad-ass of them to make the attempt, But...Please, they should listen to the song a few hundred times...get the tempo down, and articulate with a little more care. The tone is damn nice. I believe they could pull this tune off with some practice. Then, give it a go, Metallica! Do it right the next time, or don't make the attempt...please.
