@love44jesus4ever nah mate this is just a simple physical training pre test guide for any special forces, once you do this you have to go through the SASR or Commando Selection courses, from what I here, the SASR one is hell, very few make it through, but rewarding if you get it, if you want to see the SASR training then read, 'warrior training' by kieth fennell, he details the selction course (real training is classified) its alot more than 15 push ups and 48 sit ups lol

The commando and ADG courses are WAY harder then this, this is only as many people have said before a pree entry test, not the test for becoming commando or SASR.
Any one wanting to try out should probably ask DFR or someone who knows the traning as of now, as this was from 2004, a lot of tests have changed and do offten.
