  • wow, are those cedars?

  • Hey Tim!

Do you know what woods the Hauser is made from?

    Thanks.

  • Hahaha I was just thinking if Andres Segovia were to choose 1 of those 2 guitars, I bet he would probably pick the 1931 Estesso because it has so much more depth and warmth, where as the 1959 Hauser is a lot more brighter and to me magical and very beautiful as is the Estesso. 2 incredibly beautiful guitars and Tims beautiful playing. Thanks Tim :)

  • why wouldnt the guys on the back shut upªªª

  • What beautiful guitars! Thank you for sharing this!

  • What are they talking, I don't understand a word :-)

  • and the classical guitar piece by Agustín Barrios Mangoré Julia Florida is delitious, and the peace that Tim trnsmit to us is chamrming, thanks Tim. Jesús Mayoral Guitarrísta Oaxaca-México.

  • @juntoatucorazon

thank you for your kind comments.

    Tim

  • A mí gustó más el sonido d la guitarra Hauser que la Estesso, la guitarra Hauser tiene mucha profundidad, musicalidad y sus bajos de la 6a cuerda, son encantadores. I liked Hauser Guitar. Jesús Mayoral Guitarrísta Oaxaca-México.

  • I agree on the Hauser. Any classical can be deep & dark - the hard thing is getting a well-developed high end. The Hauser comes across as extremely balanced, all the way up the neck.

Favorite quote: "....there's just something super-musical about it."

  • One vote for the Hauser but more votes for the player :)

  • beautiful guitars Tim and fine interpretation.

  • Estesso. The heaviness of the bass is sick! Buy it Tim. The Hauser does sound great too though. Definate difference between the 2.. Are these guitars for sale?

  • Actually, these guitars are not for sale (not that I could afford them anyway). I was just trying them out.

  • great playing, clear sound, great guitar

    5 stars

  • I LIKE the talking in the background! I also like seeing and hearing someone play who is Tim (for a change!) Lovely.

  • The Hauser one is ...perfect !

Yes Tim ! You play MAGNIFICENTLY !

(Hey you Guys from behind .....! )

    All Best for 2010,

    Nicholas,Athens

  • Definitely the Hauser!

  • Hauser is my pick.

  • Putting the annoying background talking aside, I like the Esteso guitar much better.

  • Annoying!

  • Too much talking in the background! :(

  • To me the Hauser is by far the superior instrument, at least in how it comes across on this recording. You sound fantastic Tim!

  • Wow. Thanks alot! I always say that the guitar affects the musicality of the guitarists. Your really can't go wrong with either of these guitars. The only thing was the missing "dot" on the 7th fret - not used to that.

  • Hauser is giving the notes clearer..But I could say Estesso's projection is a bit higher...Anyway,Thank s Tim...
