Those indicators are not LED they are incandescent. Because you can see the number position moves when the floors change they try to trick people thinking it is LED. It just has a red filter with holes

Amazing how they used the 7-color rainbow for this garage, and one of UT Austin's garages is getting 2 extra floors, which means they'll use this color coding. It was also strange to see the top floor labeled as "47," and the door close button didn't work.

The other elevator did not have "47" for the top floor.

I guess it was a mistake with the Braille plates, but they can be removed from the back, since they're flange mounted.
