Her term will almost end, so this is basically redundantly stupid. It's not only her fault, it's all of the politicians and people of the Philippines that neglect to take actions themselves and present the executive branch as a scapegoat of such negligence. If Gloria does run again, she has my vote. She is far more credible than any candidates who claim that they would do something. Gloria actually has done many things for the Philippines!
