One or two cases I have heard of few people taking local government to federal court under eminent domain taking because of zoning. Zoning is a funny thing any time some government changed the zoning the owner can claim reduced value and maybe able file a claim against the government for taking Eminent domain.

There's a network of organic farmers here--they each have certain crops they grow for the network--so they grow alot of sev things and someone else does sev things--even doing apple cider and other juices and jellies for the good of the network--anyone can join--and grow whatever for the network--no selling involved--they get together when a crop comes in and divide it between them.

you gotta remember, even though you bought and paid for the land, 3 x over (when you account for interest on the money you borrowed), you don't really OWN it. If you did you wouldn't have to pay property taxes..practically anything touching their ground, they tax you for it. You don't own the ocean or the sky either, that is theirs too.
