The point of the video is just that, low and slow is a good way to not ever have a need for another meal unless you are well aware of the flight dynamincs of this particular aircraft. If you do low and slow, you must keep a close watch on speed and with plenty of flaps, it you keep the throttle up, you will survive!
Overall, a good landing. But it's imparitive that you come in at least 500 ft higher than you did. And start your decend a lot later. The Sabre is known for having very poor acceleration at low speeds. So if you're at a low altitude like your were, it is very possible to stall. But like I said, overall a good landing.
