Stalking is the wrong thing to charge her with. She should be fined for where she parked, and she could be sued for the tort of assault (which is often confused with battery). Also, fighting words ("I'm going to kill whoever keyed my car") are not protected speech. As well, there is a definitive target (the person who's spot it is), regardless of whether he was the one who keyed her car or not. Two wrongs don't make a right. The person who keyed her car was wrong, but that doesn't excuse her.
Google likes to appeal to us, because the users are it's strength. It's a lobbyist group that lobbies the people who should be in charge, so they give us free stuff in hopes we'll agree with them .... and it works. The city of Philidelphia wanted to charge 800$ licenses to blog owners and in New Jersey, it is illegal to defend yourself from criminals. If that mom in OK had been in NJ she would be in prison. Thats because the overwhelming majority of Dem voters are felons and traitors.

Police are adding insult to injury. Same in my case. I text how would you like me to do the stuff to you that you guys did to me, and then I am arrested for terrorist threats; when they did the crime, and all I did was make note of it. Hope this girl wins her case and then sues them for false arrest, dereliction of duty and malicious prosecution.

And military powers... well he doesnt comment as much on those matters. He tends to focus on economics. My wife was terminated for tossing a set of keys to a nurse to open a medicine cabinet. Her boss saw her do it and labeled it as an act of violence, a no tolerance act. Her boss was new and they butted heads from day one. Doctors, patients, and even the Dean appealed to the board but to no avail. Common sense is dead and gone.

Kids are veal now. I thought my high school experience was too oppressive (it was). Now the State really does think that it owns all children and can discipline, regulate, and experiment on them as it sees fit. I'm not considering public school as an option for my eventual children anymore.

Years and years ago, I read a college thesis concerning the inability of man to cope with and keep up with the changes in technology. Now keep in mind that this was pre-Internet, cell phone, PC, in other words almost 30 years ago. Now with all these systems woven into our technology, we as a world society are allowing these systems to drive us rather than we drive them. Humans are subordinating themselves to these tools rather than being the masters of them. This is more insidious than Skynet.

In the last 30 years children no longer go outside and play, most teenagers will talk to someone in person while on their cell phone. My son and I were watching a football game and a running back made a great run and wondered out loud what college did he play for, 20 seconds later my son says Penn State after looking it up on his smart phone. Yes tech is great as long as were in control
