I would consider this a lay up... If the fingers didn't make the ball go down, No Dunk. The fingers made the ball go to the back of the rim. Just my opinion...
The first one is quite clearly a dunk since it goes down. The second one is funky though because it cleared the rim entirely but it was 'dropped' in. Hmm.. I'd say the first one is a dunk.

Lay up - for me a dunk is 2 hands ... Have you tried going front on ? Because you can get the height
