I was with a company for over 20 years with an exceptional background of excellent service and evaluations and I was fired by a new HR director based on lies from a couple of employees who had only been with the company under five years. I had went to my boss about insubordination from one of these folks who were on a staff that I inherited. This guy told me he was going to screw me and that this other person would back him. I told this to my boss. A month later I was fired and I was innocent.

People who work in HR are just like everyone else-they're people. If you believe this video you're pretty naive since the interviewer is Annabelle Gish, who's an actress and comedian. HR people are just doing their job and don't make the rules-that comes from the executives at the top.

Companies assume they have the right to do anything, ESPECIALLY to an employee. If an HR thug did the equivalent to their spouse, they get their ass kicked. HR doesn't care about the employee at all. In fact, some of them try to talk you into quitting so they don't have to pay unemployment. And if they fire you, they tell you that they are going to fight it and that they always win. This is all bullshit.
