I bailed after 15 minutes of this crap and put on the 1962 version of 300 and ya know what?............I freakin' loved it,man.

It's not neccessarily even healthy. Gerard Butler is still very fit, and maintaining a body like that might have a negative impact on his life. It's not easy and it's not just a light work-out.
