I have 2 chihuahuas, and one of them does the same exact thing. He got wicked close to bite me once. But yeh, a lot of chihuahuas do that, because we r so big, and they are so small, so they get mad, and try to start a fight

They are kind and loving by nature....love and proper training will keep them that way. The ones you see that carry on the "ankle biter" reputation are like that most likely because people think it's cute when something that little gets mad.
