I went to that swim club and I can say that those kids blew everything out of proportion. Also, if anyone actually followed the case, the lady who ran the daycare, owed a lot of money. She didn't pay taxes. So she herself is a criminal, and a dumb bitch. In fact, the daycamp itself was run illegially. She sued the club thinking she would get money, but ended up losing everything, including the daycamp. I LOVE that, don't you?

@clubindiana4 first of all just because they are black does not mean they are poor. they payed just as much money as everyone else did to use the pool. so there is no reason to kick them out unless they were causing danger to people in the pool. which it was reported that they were not by any means even partaking in any disorderly conduct whatsoever. so kicking them out of the pool for no obvious reason other than being black is the very definition of racist.
The children that were expelled from the pool may have had no problem with 60 people showing up at the pool all at once........the members, on the other hand, may have had an expectation of a more exclusive, private atmosphere. I have little doubt that racism played a role.......unfortunately it doesn't fit the legal def. of racism.
@clubindiana4 and that is a good point, but the club was aware of how many people would be attending as the camp would have to give them notice and they most likely did. however if there was no statement of the magnitude of people that would be at the pool then the owner had a legitimate claim to kick those people out for that reason only. but if they knew that 60 people were going to show up then they could have refused to allow them to use the pool if all 60 would be present at 1 time

In North America the black people where brought as slaves. The Asian people came here as immigrants. Immagrants tend to be not so poor because of the costs of immigration. They often have a harder work ethic than people born in north America.

I think it's possible that living in Afrlca they survived due to physical not cognitive abilities and they also have not had any models for living civilly. When they came to the West they have not been able to adapt. That I think is a reasonable conclusion. I feel bad saying it, but how else can you explain it.

Poverty explains it all. Classism and social divides are what matter, not racial.

I went to that swim club and I can say that those kids blew everything out of proportion. Also, if anyone actually followed the case, the lady who ran the daycare, owed a lot of money. She didn't pay taxes. So she herself is a criminal, and a dumb bitch. In fact, the daycamp itself was run illegially. She sued the club thinking she would get money, but ended up losing everything, including the daycamp. I LOVE that, don't you?

@TheOtherView Again, black people are not more violent. Black people tend to be poor, and that is a different story. The government is hurting the people and causing poverty to increase by cutting spending and not taxing the people who can afford it.
Poverty is the only real issue. Race is not an actual issue. Huamsn are one species. Different races only exsist because people didn't travel much until modern times.

The differences are very small genetically. They are technically more pure Homo Sapiens genetically. People with European backgrounds are mixed with neanderthals. Around 30,000 years ago the humans who migrated north mixed with the neanderthals which merged the last of them back in with us.

I'm torn because as much as I can't stand racists (black or white), I have to stand-up for free speech. As long as it is a private club, they should have the right to exclude anyone for whatever reason they want. Like if someone enters your house and you don't want them there, you have the right to make them leave for whatever reason you want.
