I have ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT but its not work..HELP

Hey, I have a problem... Everytime when I try install the lastest DirectX is says:

Error code s1023 "Please close the problems that is open"

I did that but it still says the same

i downloaded the graphic card update and when i launch the update it says "non 7-zip archive"

and when i launch the directx it says that is a non win32 app

well somone please team view me cause i cant figure this out i cant get nvida and iam running an excllent laptop soo please somone comment back as soon as possbile ive tired other videos i dont knoe how to get nvida too work on here ive tired everything the labtop is samsung 4gb ram plus 240gb drives/2 of them and i have a good proesscer i just dont get it:(

@ZAINNZN nVidia drivers ?? Follow the second link,detect your drivers auto or manually,and the game will work if you've XP SP3
