I want one with the simple layout, the back opens up to put a Coleman stove and a ice cheat, some food on shelves. I can just add a bed inside. I think a sky light and some decent size windows with a tiny would make it feel more livable. Any plans like that? I was something light, inexpensive, and strong to carry behind our Subie Forester across the USA.
These are pretty cool piece of early trailer ideas, thanks for posting. Not fancy, but very practical, especially for the time. Very cool compilation of photos, old & newer models.
Nice video: informative and also good pacing of the photos (neither too slow nor too fast). Good luck with your building project. And a million, million thanks for choosing that song and that band! I had never heard of them before and just now learned that they've been around forever and have several albums. I'm going to enjoy listening to all of them looking for other good songs like "The Circle."
I kept a couple thousand free and kept an eye on Craigs List was able to snag a 1970 Avion 28ft camper it had a new refrigerator full stove and oven double sink bathroom water containment insulated many outlets AC the thing is just incredible not brand new but look at all the stuff that came stock with it. I get it the teardrops cost very little to tow I do get it and I never plan to yank this thing anywhere I wanted an extra room this was way cheeper than getting permits etc.
I also like the one with the corrugated roof. Now we're talkin' . Very simple, easy to build. I'd use a single piece of plywood rather than individual boards as he did. I don't have a car , only a big Harley. I'm going to build one to take my two small dogs to the park with me. Hey, horses ride in trailors, right? Thanks for the Video.
That is a classic video!
