Kindergaten pop was a craze in the early 90's

There was this "Trip to Trumpton" and of course the one that started it all Charly by The Prodigy there were probably others too but those stick out in my mind the most probably becasue they were the best.

1992 was the year of a lot of this Rave type music go into the UK charts

Of course this is hardcore, if you listen, the main sample of sesame street is cut out and replaced with the normal synths we all know and hear a lot in old skool hardcore. the sample just makes it more commercially viable because of how many people know the theme song. you gotta get noticed somehow so this was a perfect way for them...fair play and good fucking memories

I can't say I really care for this particular track, but there is a brief moment of intensity at 2:06. Too bad that dark moment couldn't have been spread all throughout the track.
