Movie was going to be about psych kids killing young women as "sacrifices" to their dead mother, believing that it would send her servants in heaven. And it was a musical. Of course the songs would be weird, what did you expect?

yeah. At first those crazy kids perform in a carnival and lure women into their psycho uncle's trailer where he kills them. Then they "sacrifice" lockets of hair on a shrine as said b4. But one day the trailer crashes, and the children end up getting adopted by some rich lady with a scientist fiance who sees through to their dark hearts, beginning a struggle to stop the childrens continuing killing spree (they do the killing themselves now that there's no uncle).
