How do you go from triple kill which is three to Penta kill which is 5?

@fumika75xz The announcer will skip a killstreek announcement if there's a better one already "in queue".
I got the 4th and 5th kill as she was saying Triple Kill, so she just skipped "Quadra Kill" in favor of the Penta :P
This is also in place so that she won't be jabbering on about things that happened like a minute ago.
